It's time to get to know some of the amazing kids that I will be living with for three months starting in September. Let's start with Barbara! She caught my special attention for her sweet eyes and I can't wait to meet her in person. Barbara is 8 years old and the smartest girl in her class. She quickly surpassed her classmates and has moved to class 4, and learns with children much older than her. She lives at United Heart Children Center and people say that her laugh is infectious, and that her sassiness brings a smile to everyone's face.
With your help, we can provide other kids from the community of Bawjiase with access to schooling.
Barbara is the brightest girl and deserves an equally bright future!
